Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, customs processing).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lonely Party Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Damages
Lonely Party Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or [Store name] directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@lonelyparty.club within 30 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
